Prophetic, poetic preaching and dynamic, participatory teaching for all ages with an emphasis on today's context, social justice, and intersectional analysis.

"Have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves as if they were answers, locked rooms, or books written in a foreign the questions and perhaps then someday far in the future you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer."
                                      --Rainer Maria Rilke

Spiritual growth invites us into the work of astonishment and gratitude, honoring the deep mystery, common struggles, and exquisite joy of human living.  It requires that we ask the hard questions of faith and is not satisfied with easy answers.  We lean into God when we gather in community for worship and learning, when we interrogate the history of our traditions, learn by listening deeply to others, and unearth the seeds of truth that we will hand down to our children and our children's children.
